Q: What condition should my vehicle be in for service?

A: Our services are designed for city-driven vehicles. Excessive mud, caked dirt, or off-road contamination are outside the scope of service and may be declined.

Q: What if it's raining?

A: If it’s raining on the day of your scheduled detail, we’ll either find a covered area to complete the service or reschedule your appointment.

Q: What does interior cleaning include?

A: Interior cleaning includes vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and light spot cleaning. Deep extraction or carpet shampoo is not offered.

Q: What happens to my personal items during detailing?

A: Your personal items are handled with care. During the detail, we set them aside safely. Once the service is complete, everything is placed together in the trunk, secured and protected throughout the process.

Q: How long does a detail usually take?

A: Most details take around 2.5 hours, depending on the package. GEMINI is the quickest, QUANTUM takes a bit longer, and SUPERNOVA includes extra services, so it takes the most time.

Q: Does the size of my car matter for detailing?

A: No—vehicles of all sizes receive the same level of care and attention. The only difference is pricing, which varies based on the size category of the vehicle.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: We are open Sunday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays.

Q: I’m unsure which package suits me best?

Q: How will I be notified before my appointment?

A: We’ll text you about 1 hour before your appointment to confirm your arrival. Please check your phone so we can start your service on time.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the service?

A: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a service is performed, the time, products, and labor cannot be returned.
